Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What areas do you provide service to?

We provide service to Everett, Lake Stevens, and Snohomish.  If you live nearby, fill out the form and we will let you know if you can provide service to you.

When do you put the garbage bins out and return them?

We place the garbage bins on the curb the day before your garbage pickup day.  Then if you choose premium service, we return the garbage bins the same day they are picked up.

What if my garbage bins are kept behind a locked gate or garage?

To ensure seamless access, you provide Curby with any necessary gate codes or the location of hidden keys to access your bins. Rest assured, every Curby professional undergoes a thorough background check and comprehensive training to uphold our standard of excellence.

What if I don't have a keypad to access my garage door?

We can install a basic one-code keypad for $100 or a premium keypad for greater access control for $200.

Can I cancel my service at any time?

To discontinue service, you must provide advance notice of 5 business days before your next billing date. You can submit a cancellation request through our main contact form at the bottom of this page.

For Enterprise accounts, which require more significant operational adjustments (cancellations of 50% or more properties, or full account closure), we require a 90-day advanced notice. This allows Curby the necessary time to restructure routes and staffing effectively.

Note: We will continue to provide service until the end of the billing cycle.  We do not offer partial credits or refunds for any unused service remaining in your current billing cycle.  

What if my trash schedule changes due to weather or something else?

No problem, just contact us as soon as you're aware of any change.
